B man and his Easter basket. This year he got a Bible and a swimsuit from the Easter Bunny.
This year I had to work Easter morning and Mike volunteered at the church. We went to Easter service Friday night because of this. After Mike got home we went down to Parker for an early Easter dinner with my family and the Wright family.
I am not the only one who thoroughly loves giving and receiving kisses from B! Mike thinks it's gross. No way, man!
So far we have had 5 showings on the house. Which I think is pretty good. We really do need to get our act together if we are going to buy another house because I have a feeling ours is going to go faster than I anticipated. Can't wait for B to get his 6 month pictures done. I have all these ideas and visions in my head of the perfect shot. I am totally a "stage mom". I don't mean to be. It's just the competitiveness in me. For instance, I had my friends over for dinner who watch B for me when I need them to. I also know they watch my other friend's kid who is a month older than B. Well, I asked if he was easier to watch then B, and when they said "yes" (at least this time), I got a little sad that my kid wasn't the "best". He definitely requires a lot of attention and gets bored with things faster than most other kids (at least in my opinion, some might say that is how normal kids are) and this makes him a little harder to watch. I know it's tiring.
I just have to realize that if my boy ends up being that kid that requires, lets say, drugs (no, I'm kidding) creativity, imagination and stamina to keep up with him, then I will love him and do that for him no matter what. This is Gods challenge to me...patience. Momma always said I had none. Good thing he is first born because now I will know no different.
Blakers your so cute!
